Ruslan Yehorov 12 October 2025Добрий день. Ви поставили фундамент на основу, на яку опирати не можна. Ніяких даних про цю основу в геології нема, перевірити нічого неможливо.
Висновок - необхідна підливка фундамента до глибини 1-1.2, ширину основи підібрати. Під центральні колони влаштувати стовпчатий фундамент.

Бетонні сваї завібрувати хочаб на 2-3 метри нижче низу стрічки розтверку . По дві сваї під кожну колону - одна зовні бетонної стінки , друга в середині контуру фундаменту поближче до стрічки . Верх свай на 400 мм. нижче низу стрічки існуючого розтверку .
Розрити і влаштувати залізобетонну балку на яку ляже розтверк , це буде передавати навантаження від стрічки на сваї - зв'язати арматурний каркас і залити бетон в грунт . Беріть поздовжню арматуру найтовстішу що буде на базі діаметр ф20-22-24мм. А400 чотири знизу, чотири зверху , хомути дріт катанка діаметр ф8мм. В240 крок 200 мм. . Знизу під балку робите підбетонку з пісного бетону клас В7,5 (М100) товщиною 70мм.. Захисний шар бетону залізобетонної балки в грунті - не менше 40 мм. .
Для таких прольотів між несучими стінами/рядами колон ширина подушки фундаменту має бути більше метра , більш точно потрібно рахувати . Але влаштувати фундаментну подушку як слід ви не зможете якщо вже влаштовано стрічку .
Якщо існуюча стрічка аварійна тоді все під демонтаж і проектуйте правильну основу фундаменту і фундамент .
На всяк випадок щоб не було стресу , правильна відповідь - "дякую за пораду , йду будувати" . Успіху вам .
