💡 What needs to be done (step by step)

1. Create an interactive questionnaire (form) — that is, a clickable form where answers can be selected (radio buttons, checkboxes, input fields, etc.).
2. Design it according to the ID-SK Frontend v.2.0 design standards, meaning to use the style and logic applied in the official state online forms of Slovakia.
   This includes:

• correct page structure (introduction → questions → confirmation);
• progress indicator (shows which step the user is on);
• field validation (mandatory / optional);
• help texts and hints;
• final page “Úspešne odoslané” (successfully submitted)

3. Working environment — FigJam (Figma).
   There, you need to create a wireframe (skeleton) of the form — without graphic design, just structure:

• input fields,
• buttons,
• question blocks,
• transitions between screens.

🎨 What exactly needs to be prepared

In FigJam, you need to create a wireframe with several screens:

   • Form title
   • Short description of the purpose
   • Button “Začať” (Start)
