Develop the GP (general plan) section

1. Develop and design the General Plan according to DSTU B A.2.4-6:2009 "Rules for the Execution of Working Documentation of General Plans"; the site is located in the Obolon district of Kyiv.
2. The area of the plot is 0.4378.

3. The built-up area is 1499 sq.m.
4. There is a building on the plot, the entire territory is paved with paving slabs, and along the fence, there are green zones for water absorption with a width of 1-2m.

5. The plot is flat, the floor level is raised 500mm above the road, and there is a slope towards the road.
