Вітаю , по ваших вимогах можна розробити одне максимум два планування друге планування інше або як продовження першого варіанту , не впевнений що більше є зміст розробляти більше . Можна звичайно вдосконалювати планування довго але ідеального будинку не існує . Окремо план будинку не розробляється паралельно йде пропрацювання розрізу , фасадів і розміщення будинку на ділянці . Перепрошую якщо вам це відомо , я не маю на меті відкрити для вас щось нове а лише сказав як це відбувається . Тобто якщо вам хтось зробить планування то розріз і фасади він теж має зробити і залишити собі томущо ви написали що потрібно плани . Навіть один добре зроблений варіант і його доопрацювання займе немало часу , хібащо ви хочете щоб вам зробили багато дешевих варіантів жоден з яких не надається для використання .
