1. "...minimum dismantling/installation";
2. Ergonomic use of the hallway, with its functional purpose;
3. Bedroom with a wardrobe (walk-in closet);
4. Bathroom. Bath, compact room: (- I understand that the desire to move the laundry out of the bathroom was due to an unsuccessful configuration reflected in the old project. And basically, there is no need to move it anywhere, given only one bathroom room. But the compactness of the bathroom is considered);
5. Considered the trends of the kitchen-living room. (- Regarding the dismantling of the load-bearing/self-supporting wall of the apartment, which has a transition boundary to the balcony, I would not recommend dismantling it without an independent expert examination, because there are different options for the ceiling. It is impossible to plan this remotely. But whether there should be a balcony or not is already a matter of preference);
6. Regarding kitchen_furniture and appliances. I can create a reference for selection, for the hostess. Or for the furniture makers — considering the appearance and color that the items should have.
