Project: Development of design documentation (DD) for production. Base: Structure Marbo Sport (Poland).
1. TECHNICAL PACKAGE (SOLIDWORKS)
3D Modeling: Complete assembly of the frame and carriage with kinematics verification.
Production formats: Output files SolidWorks + PDF drawings.
Procurement automation: Complete BOM specification (Excel) with weight calculation and quantity of fasteners.
2. REMARK ON ECONOMICS AND SAFETY
⚠️ Critical risk (Profile 2 mm): The use of a profile 50×50×2 mm for a trainer with a load over 150 kg is questionable and requires verification. A frame with such a wall will not pass the metal fatigue test. Modeling under such parameters is possible only at the full responsibility of the client.
