Development of an MVP for a voice AI assistant service with integration of a Telegram bot and telephony.

🔹 Project Description

We are looking for a team of developers to create an MVP version of an intelligent service that automates communication with clients through phone calls.
The service receives incoming calls, processes them using an AI speech recognition/generation module, and records the results in a Telegram bot.

The main goal is to create a stable MVP for demonstration to investors and testing in the Ukrainian market.

🔹 Team Tasks

1. Telegram Bot

   • User authorization;

   • Setting up call forwarding;

   • Viewing the history of inquiries and messages;

   • Integration with the backend via API.

2. Backend Platform

   • REST / GraphQL API;

   • Working with the database (users, calls, dialogues);

   • Integration with telephony service (Twilio, Voximplant, SIP-API);

   • Processing requests from the Telegram bot and AI module.

3. AI Module

   • Speech recognition module (ASR);

   • Response generation (LLM / GPT);

   • Response voice synthesis (TTS);

   • Working with audio stream in real-time (WebRTC / SIP).

4. Admin Panel (Web)

   • Call and user statistics;

   • Activity monitoring;

   • Managing settings and scenarios.

5. DevOps

   • Hosting setup

   • Testing and deployment.

🔹 Expected Result

• Working MVP: Telegram bot + AI module + integration with telephony.

• The system is capable of receiving real calls, recognizing and generating speech.

• Demo version for internal testing.

🔹 Technologies (preferred)

• Backend: Python (FastAPI / Django) or Node.js (NestJS)

• Telegram Bot: Python (aiogram) or Node.js (grammY)

• DB: PostgreSQL / Firebase / Supabase

• AI: Whisper / Deepgram / OpenAI / ElevenLabs / Azure Speech

• Frontend: React / Next.js / Tailwind

• Infrastructure: AWS / GCP / Render / Railway

• Telephony: Twilio / Voximplant / SIP-API

🔹 Team Requirements

• Experience in implementing AI / Voice / Chatbot projects;

• Understanding of SIP / WebRTC principles;

• Full development cycle: architecture, code, testing, deployment;

• Responsibility and ability to independently assess timelines;

• Team interaction and regular reporting.

🔹 Work Format

• Fully remote;

• Project collaboration (MVP stage — 2-3 months) with the possibility of extension

• NDA after selection;

• Payment — fixed and milestone-based (agreement after assessing the scope of work).
