The school is actively scaling, and the internal infrastructure allows processing over 2500 classes per month. The goal of the project is to increase conversion to payment through systematic work with the existing database of potential clients and incoming inquiries.Scope of WorkMain tasks: processing the established client database that has already interacted with the company; re-communicating with clients who previously showed interest in the product but did not complete the purchase process; working with leads coming through the TG bot and other channels; supporting potential clients until they make a payment decision; handling objections; entering information and statuses into the CRM; regularly synchronizing results with the team.What contacts will be provided for work Within the project, the contractor will be provided with: a fresh, unprocessed database; warm and semi-warm leads; contacts of clients who are already familiar with the brand; leads obtained through the TG bot; clients who require additional communication before making a payment decision. The project does not involve classic cold client searches from scratch.Expectations from the contractor We are interested in collaborating with a specialist or team that: has practical sales experience; is skilled in closing deals; has experience working with client databases; can handle objections; is ready to work on a pay-for-results basis; can quickly respond to new inquiries and effectively support leads.
