В кварталі де всі будинки з складними крівлями будинок з плоским дахом буде виглядати невиграшно а щоб зробити красиво потрібно щоб проект робив висококваліфікований архітектор це буде дорого по вартості проекту , дорого і складно в будівництві щоб будівля виглядала гармонійно і презентабельно тобто по-багатому . Я розумію що це так вже домовлено із замовником але на майбутнє візьміть це до уваги . Люди потім мають дуже негативне ставлення якщо їм не розповіли що краще вибрати , цих плоских дахів краще уникати . Ви можете самі проїхатися в себе по району і переконатися як це виглядає на практиці і порозмовляти з власниками що вони думають про таке рішення , та я думаю що ви самі все добре зрозумієте . Особливо якщо будинок стоїть на ділянці яка вниз по рельєфу і на будинок відкривається вигляд зверху , коли будинок на пагорбі або під'їзд на дорога знизу тоді ще можна обіграти це щоб було красивіше але загалом всеодно щоб було красиво або принаймі не гірше ніж сусідні будинки то потрібно дуже постаратися навіть якщо вмієш .
Стосовно цін. - за таку ціну розділ зробити буде проблематично . Хібащо вам хтось надішле козу але всеодно потрібно буде креслити перекриття , перемички , фундамент , владочний план і вентканали . Там багато роботи . З повагою .
