Overall, everything is clear and it doesn't seem like a complicated task. I already have a prepared flow in n8n that performs the tasks assigned to the AI manager.
The only thing is, there is no ready connector with ManyChat, I haven't worked with it before. After studying its documentation a bit, I suspect that it cannot transmit voice messages from clients via API. If that's really the case, then point 4 at this level cannot be implemented. If it is possible, then transcription is also already ready.
I wanted to clarify:
1. Do you have a separate website with products or services, or a table, or some structure to train the system on additional assortment?
2. Which CRM system should be integrated with the agent?
3. Do you have a long deal cycle with clients? Are there many touchpoints with the client from the first message to purchase?
