Desired Experience:
- Managing Gmail inboxes, responding to prospect inquiries, and booking sales appointments
- Managing multiple cold email campaigns for B2B appointment setting
- Launching and optimizing cold email campaigns
- Reporting on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights
- Targeting for Account Based Marketing campaigns
- Training & onboarding new team members
- Producing research reports for new Ideal Client Profiles (ICP)
- Analyzing buyer personas, and quickly understanding a new clients offering
- Good written & verbal English skills

- Previous work experience with hedge funds / venture capital firms / blockchain & crypto companies
- Experience creating new processes from scratch
