Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter

Alpha Mail is the industry leader in B2B appointment setting services, focused entirely on cold email outreach.

Our clients include hedge funds, financial technology companies, and blockchain organizations. 

We are looking for rock star SDRs / appointment setters to join our team, and assist with onboarding & training new team members as we grow.

Desired Experience:

• Managing Gmail inboxes, responding to prospect inquiries, and booking sales appointments
• Managing multiple cold email campaigns for B2B appointment setting
• Launching and optimizing cold email campaigns
• Reporting on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights
• Targeting for Account Based Marketing campaigns
• Training & onboarding new team members
• Producing research reports for new Ideal Client Profiles (ICP)
• Analyzing buyer personas, and quickly understanding a new clients offering
• Good written & verbal English skills

**Nice to have**

• Previous work experience with hedge funds / venture capital firms / blockchain & crypto companies
• Experience creating new processes from scratch
• Project Management experience
