Хочу немного подробнее написать, что нам нужно и в каком виде нужна база.
У нас появляются постоянно запросы по типу - собрать базу Laravel Developers, Львов, опыт от 2-х лет.
В базе должно содержаться:
Имя, LinkedIN, e-mail(желательно но не обязательно), город, текущая компания, текущая должность.
Важно также добавить в базу тригер (возможно сертификация с линкеда или что-то похожее, за что можно зацепится при первом сообщении - тут хотел бы с вами посоветоваться).Можете ли вы собрать такую базу, какая при этом будет стоимость за 1 контакт, 100 контактов? Мы готовы к постоянному сотрудничеству, запросов много.

Linked - очевидный источник, поскольку там есть вся база необходимая, есть инструмент специальный для поиска официальный, мейл закрытый, но нам нужна просто ссылка на профиль, для мейла есть отдельный инструмент, но это не обязательно в нашем случае, можем проговорить за отдельную плату.
