нужен человек который хорошо умеет гуглить, читать, и знает Анг язык.
Задача:
В США есть возможность с помощью неких сервисов понять адреса куда человек переезжает, название этому
"NCOA", ваша задача раздобыть информацию по стоимости использования данного сервиса для смены адресов(думаю там много вариантов. а значит найти самый дешевый) какие входные данные нужно иметь а также примеры результата.

Я часто ищу по США, при этом из Вашего описания совершенно не понятно, что конкретно Вам нужно найти. Попробуйте написать другими словами или по английски. Организация, которую Вы указали - Национальный совет по проблемам старения. Какое отношение к перемещению по Штатам и смене адреса она имеет - вообще загадка.

Имеет смысл переписать ТЗ - смотрите сколько людей посмотрело проект и никто не откликнулся. У Вас задача вполне стандартная для поисковика. Я сейчас не возьмусь - четыре проекта в работе и еще один на подходе. А с тем описанием, что есть - так никто и не разглядит ординарность задания.
