Сделать кнопки загрузить еще на 3 сайтах

Кнопки реализованы уже, но они не правильно функционируют.
Мобильную версию нужно сделать как на https://m.malinaescort.com
ПК версию, как на https://escortbayan.xxx
А именно:
К примеру на сайте при нажатии на кнопку загрузить еще на сайте https://m.malinaescort.com на мобильной версии http://prntscr.com/sobhhn анкеты грузятся вниз, экран остается на месте. Анкеты что находятся выше также остаются на своих местах, не рандомятся между собой.
Но если перезагрузить страницу, то анкеты рандомятся(но их порядок сохраняется в течении 1 минуты).
Если я не ошибаюсь, программист там делал через кэш, чтобы можно было таким образом загрузить анкеты на мобилке.
Если мы берем Пк версию, ее нужно сделать по примеру https://escortbayan.xxx, то есть, при нажатию на кнопку http://prntscr.com/sobmte анкеты грузяться вниз, экран остается на месте, анкеты вверху не рандомяться между собой.
После перезагрузки страницы(происходит рандом без каких либо сохранения порядка). То есть после обновления страницы сразу происходит рандом.
