Как видите добавление страниц на переобход без проблем работает через Веб-интерфейс, но важно сделать через апи.
Еще я никогда не делал Oath ключи для яндекса, если что подскажите как?
Еще раз перечитал справочник яндекса, Нужен OAuth токен, как его создать я пока не понял, но надеюсь тех доступов что я дал Вам хватит, чтобы создать. И нужна простоя веб-форма <textarea> куда я смогу вписать список урлов и нажать Отправить, а скрипт отправит их Яндексу и выведет результат отправки
