Understanding of the stages of creating a design project and the sequence of work on it. Experience working with schedules, tables, and contractors/suppliers. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and not get lost in details. Ability to organize the team and processes.

The main work is already completed, and we now need to properly address the issues with ceilings and lighting. What needs to be done: Select optimal options for stretch ceilings (material, texture, color, type of profile/joining). Choose lighting fixtures (chandeliers, spotlights, track systems, LED strips, etc.) considering the already installed electrical points, area, and zoning.
