з однієї сторони згоден з іншої коли норм проект і норм бюджет і я ставлю ставку, з 10 проектів мене вибирають у 0 проектів. тож краще так ніж чекати що хтось колись мені запропонує норм бюджет.

Просто вы скорее всего в процессе работы над проектом никогда не запускали таймер https://track.toggl.com/ . Попробуйте, вы будете очень удивлены сколько же реально у вас уходит времени на 1 проект. И тогда точно соотношение - время/деньги для вас станут гораздо осознанными.

запуская той таймер і працював по таймеру, але читайте вище, краще з такими проектами працювати чим чекати поки хтось колись запропонує проект з норм цінником.
