Action plan for implementation:
Server level (Cloudflare + .htaccess): Instead of setting up redirects within OpenCart, the rules for eliminating double slashes, index.php, and mirror concatenation (non-www) are moved to the Cloudflare Bulk Redirects level. This provides a 301 response instantly before reaching the server, ensuring no chains (0 Redirect Chains).
Elimination of the RU version: For all URLs containing /ru/, a 410 Gone status is set. This is critically important: unlike 404 or 301, the 410 status informs Google that the resource has been permanently removed, which accelerates index cleanup several times.
