Делайте редиректы, это по сути единственный вариант. Для того, чтобы дать гуглу понять про исправленные страницы, можно добавить в sitemap changefreq hourly на эти страницы, прописать lastmod и дату редакции страницы.

В серч консоле есть "проверить url" туда добавляете и отправляете на переиндексацию страницы (если они в сайтмапе есть, то можно поробовать сайтмап отправить на переиндексацию). 404 редиректом 301 на релевантные страницы
