1. Project Description
It is necessary to carry out comprehensive work on SEO optimization, copywriting, and technical setup for two new websites on the Webflow platform.
The essence of the task: Migration of content and authority from the old site umfactoring.com with a division into two separate areas (Corporate Factoring and Asset Tokenization).
Work Objects:
Source (Old site): https://www.umfactoring.com (donor of weight and content).
Site No. 1 (Corporate): https://umf-2.webflow.io/ (Factoring, history, team).
Site No. 2 (Investment/FinTech): https://umfactoring.webflow.io/ (Tokenization, attracting investments).
2. Scope of Work
Stage 1: Audit and Migration Strategy
Before writing texts, it is necessary to plan the "move" to avoid losing positions in Google.
Donor Audit: Analyze umfactoring.com. Export all existing URLs, identify pages that currently bring traffic.
Redirect Map: This is a critically important document. A table needs to be created indicating:
Which page of the old site is moving to Site No. 1.
Which page is moving to Site No. 2.
Which pages are being deleted (404).
Semantic Core (SC): Gather keywords for both niches (factoring vs tokenization) for two languages (UA/EN).
Stage 2: Structure and Content (Copywriting)
Based on the SC, develop the structure and write the texts.
Content Distribution:
Site No. 1 (UMF-2): Tone of Voice — reliable, corporate, business. Focus on trust, experience, numbers, profitability.
Site No. 2 (Tokenization): Tone of Voice — technological, innovative, persuasive for investors. Focus on ROI, technology, security, asset preservation guarantees, stable profit.
Text Writing:
Create unique content for the main pages of both sites (Home, About Us, Services, etc.).
Texts must comply with the principles of E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) — this is critical for the financial niche.
Text requirements: structured (H1-H4), lists, absence of "water", presence of LSI words, calls to action (CTA).
Stage 3: Technical Implementation on Webflow
The performer must have experience working in the Webflow admin panel.
Meta Tags: Fill in Title and Description for all pages in the page settings (Page Settings) of Webflow.
Webflow CMS: Set up SEO templates for dynamic pages.
Open Graph (OG): Set up the appearance of cards for social networks (image + description) for both sites.
Images: Write Alt tags for all images. Check if all images are converted to WebP (or set this up in Webflow).
Hierarchy: Check each page for the presence of only one H1 tag and the correct nesting of headings.
Stage 4: Analytics and Launch (Go Live)
Connection: Install Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) for both domains.
Redirect Setup: Physically write 301 redirects in the hosting/Webflow settings (section Hosting -> 301 Redirects) according to the redirect map.
Sitemap & Robots: Check the generation of sitemap.xml and set up robots.txt in Webflow.
Language Versions: Monitor the presence of hreflang tags (or correct setup through plugins).
3. Candidate Requirements (Hard Skills)
Experience in promoting websites in the FinTech / B2B services niche (will be an advantage).
Fluent in Webflow (not just "heard about it", but able to work in Designer/Editor).
Understanding the principles of SEO migration of websites (to avoid "killing" old traffic when splitting domains).
Ability to write grammatically correct texts in Ukrainian (English — level C1 or use of AI tools with subsequent proofreading by a native speaker/editor).
4. Work Results (Deliverables)
The work is considered completed when:
Both sites are filled with approved content.
The technical audit of Webflow (built-in Audit panel) does not show critical errors.
301 redirects from the old domain are set up.
The site is indexed in Google Search Console (pages appear in search).
A reporting document (Google Docs) is provided, which includes:
Semantic core (list of queries).
Redirect map.
Meta data (Title/Description) for all pages.
Access to the configured analytics systems.

Let's get straight to the main issue. Migration with domain separation is always a risk. If you simply transfer the content, you will lose rankings. Here, I will work surgically: I will export the entire URL map of the old site (using Screaming Frog or Ahrefs) and create a page-by-page 301 redirect. This means we need to show Google: "This article about factoring now lives here, and this one about tokens has moved to a new domain." Only in this way can we preserve link weight (Link Juice) and not "kill" traffic.
Regarding the texts and Webflow. I am not a designer; I am a technical integrator and author. I work freely in the Webflow admin panel, I will write all the meta tags myself, set up Open Graph, and structure H1-H3. You will not need to look for a separate SEO specialist to redo things after the copywriter.
I have been writing for fintech for a long time (I have experience with SaaS and CRM), so I understand the difference in Tone of Voice. For a corporate website, there will be a dry language of numbers and reliability; for an investment site, the focus will be on technologies and ROI. These are different audiences, and the texts will be different.
