# Technical Task for SEO Specialist
## 1. General Information
There are two new websites created on Webflow. It is necessary to transfer the semantic logic, structure, and content from the old website [https://www.umfactoring.com](https://www.umfactoring.com) and distribute it between the two new websites considering their different purposes:
1. New Website #1 (Main Corporate Website):

Website tasks:
* presentation of the company UM Factoring;
* description of history, mission, values;
* description of factoring services;
* presentation of the team;
* contacts;
* informational pages.
2. New Website #2 (Website about Asset Tokenization):

Website tasks:
* presentation of the asset tokenization direction;
* explanation of mechanics, benefits, processes;
* attracting investments into the core business;
* interconnection with the main company;
* creation of marketing pages for capital raising campaigns.
## 2. Main Tasks of the SEO Specialist
### 2.1. Content Analysis and Logic Transfer
* Conduct a complete audit of the structure and content of the old website:

* Highlight:
* key pages
* target queries
* landing pages that generate traffic
* USP and important text blocks.
* Based on the audit, distribute the semantic content between the two new websites:
* UMF-2 (corporate) → about the company, factoring, team, contacts
* UMFactoring-tokenization → investment products, tokenization, technology, whitepaper, ROI, investment proposals
### 2.2. Formation of New SEO Structure
For each of the two websites, it is necessary to:
* Create a complete SEO structure (sitemap) with recommendations for URLs.
* Define keywords for each page (Ukrainian + English).
* Describe the structure of Title, H1–H6, meta tags.
* Determine the internal linking logic.
### 2.3. SEO Content Optimization
* Rewrite or adapt content from the old website to the new structure.
* Create SEO texts focused on:
* corporate audience (UMF-2);
* investors and partners (UMFactoring tokenization).
* Optimize:
* meta descriptions
* titles
* alt tags
* content blocks
* microdata (Schema.org).
### 2.4. Technical SEO Preparation
* Check Webflow settings:

## 3. Additional Requirements
* All communication in two languages: Ukrainian and English (if necessary).
* Provide the final document in Google Docs format.
