About the Project We are looking for an experienced digital specialist or a small team to conduct a comprehensive audit of an online store. The site was recently relaunched after rebranding and currently has only basic content. Some aspects of the structure, content, analytics, and marketing infrastructure still require further development. A general external analysis of the site needs to be conducted without providing internal access and evaluate: the technical condition of the site; basic SEO issues; the structure of the catalog and navigation; UX of mobile and desktop versions; product cards, cart, and checkout; site speed; readiness for launching advertising promotion; key growth points and potential problems. We have conducted an audit of the site for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — optimization for AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). Our goal is to fix technical errors that prevent algorithms from seeing our advantages and to structure the site's code. Analytics and strategy are already prepared, and we have a step-by-step checklist (what to remove, what to change, what to add). We need purely your hands for implementation.
