Необходим сервер. Он должен воспринимать HTTP запрос, в котором будет id устройства, и данные датчиков и код доступа. Полученные данные необходимо сохранять. И посредством веб-интерфейса задавая промежутки времени выводить на экран данные графики в различных комбинациях и масштабах. Также возможно передача информации геолокации, то есть предусмотерть работу с картами (Google). Вам просто надо доделать что-то вроде личного кабинета.
В том числе Вам нужен будет внешний адрес (интернет имя) с хостингом, куда данные будут сливаться.
