Сервис подписи документов
Добрый день!
Необходимо разработать сервис онлайн подписи документов (ПандаДок, Docusign как пример). С базовым функционалом для внутреннего пользования.
Основные функции:
- Логин компаний (юзеров)
- загрузка документа
- Возможность указать адресата (кто будет подписывать: имя, фамилия, имейл)
- Поля подписи, даты и обычные текстовые поля, которые можно поставить/перетянуть на пдф файл
- извещения о просмотре и подписании документа (можно просто на имейл высылать извещение)
- факсация айпи и даты подписи документа
Сейчас нужна примерная оценка для формирования бюджета и ТЗ.

Уже делал такой сервис, но без авторизации.
- человек заполняет поля договора на сайте
- загружает договор с пустыми полями
- создаётся документ PDF
- данные высылаются куда надо.
Можно сделать с авторизацией или что-то переделать.
