Сформировать содержание статьи на php
Нужно сформировать Блок "Содержание статьи".
В тексте найти все h1-h6 и сформировать блок содержание в том порядке как они размещены.
Каждая ссылка в содержании будет ссылаться на свой уникальный якорь, который размещен перед каждым h-заголовком
На выходе нужно: файл, переменная с текстом всей статьи, при открытии на странице выводиться содержание и статья статься (с якорями).
Код должен быть минимальным и оптимизированным. (минимум операций)
