The scheme should control the three electromagnets by pulsing them on and off alternately at a frequency of 1-10Hz. The goal is to provide various operating modes for the electromagnets for experimental selection of the optimal mode for MHD metal mixing in a closed crucible of a small induction furnace.

Сразу скажу, индукционные печи это не совсем моя тема, занимаюсь в основном электродуговым печами постоянного тока. Но по своему опыту знаю, что в индукционных печах с перемешиванием расплава очень большие проблемы. Требуется введение дополнительных катушек для создания эффекта бегущего поля.

Именно дополнительные катушки, в количестве 3-х штук, расположенные по высоте тигля в виде электромагнитов постоянного тока я и собираюсь задействовать. Индуктор в схеме не задействован. Т.к. мне необходима кавитация, а не направленное перемещение металла, надеюсь добиться ее пульсирующими полями с одной стороны тигля (подвести и подключить катушки с разных сторон не позволяет существующая конструкция установки).

Мне необходимо разработать небольшую мгд-установку. Параметры исполнительных электромагнитов я рассчитал исходя из габаритов и мощностей существующего оборудования. Сейчас хочу получить конструкцию блока управления. Техзадание поставил в общих чертах, не являясь специалистом. От разработчика жду конструктивных вопросов для уточнения тех.задания.
С помощью этой установки я собираюсь менять полярность, частоту коммутации, последовательность включения электромагнитов, с целью экспериментально подобрать режим лучшей кавитации жидкого металла в тигле. В дальнейшем этот режим менять не планирую. Возможно заданная мной вариативность управления магнитами не имеет смысла. И разработчик, имеющий лучшее понимание процесса чем я, предложит свой вариант.
Ниже набросал структурную схему установки, как я себе это вижу. Общий принцип построения схемы вижу так - задающий генератор прямоугольных импульсов, управление через оптопарные ключи на семисторы.
Ранее с мгд-процессами иметь дела не приходилось. Попытка использовать с этой целью синусоиду 50гц была неудачной.
