The project sounds very professional, and it's nice to see that you already have an approved design. Working with custom coding on Shopify is exactly my comfort zone, especially when standard blocks are no longer enough to implement the envisioned design.

Before starting, I would like to clarify a couple of technical points:

- Is the use of Shopify 2.0 and custom sections on Liquid assumed, or full development of separate templates?

- Are there any non-standard elements in the design (for example, animations, interactive blocks, dynamic tables)?
…
- Do you plan to integrate with external services (CRM, payment gateways, email marketing)?

- How many unique page templates (home, product, collection, blog, etc.) need to be coded?

From personal experience, for projects with custom designs, I always suggest immediately implementing a system of reusable sections — this greatly simplifies future administration without a developer. It also makes sense to immediately connect conditional visibility of blocks via metafields, so the client can flexibly manage content directly from the admin panel.

Recently, we had a nearly identical project — the client came with an approved Figma, but Shopify templates couldn't handle the functionality. We coded everything from scratch on Liquid, including an advanced product page with configuration options and a video gallery. The project was launched in 3 weeks, and the client continues to contact us for further improvements.

To understand the scope of work and deadlines, we need to discuss the points outlined above.
