Looking for a Freelancer: Interior Designer Assistant
We are a construction company developing our own design department. We are looking for a person who will help create presentation materials for client proposals during the concept stage.
We work with AutoCAD and SketchUp. Your task is to create visual presentations in Photoshop based on drawings and models (not 3ds Max). These are preliminary concepts for discussion with the client.
🔹 Knowledge of 3ds Max is an advantage but not mandatory — we can use it in the next stages.
📌 Requirements:
— Confident proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop (AutoCAD is a plus)
— Ability to prepare projects for client presentation
— Taste, sense of color, textures, atmosphere
— Ability to work quickly and accurately with technical tasks
💻 Freelance work, remote. Payment is hourly or per project.

Можливо, я трохи поспішила з публікацією і не зовсім точно сформулювала технічне завдання — зараз спробую пояснити детальніше, щоб уникнути непорозумінь. Я також підготую приклади нашої подачі і додам їх до проєкту для наочності.
Ми не шукаємо спеціаліста по 3ds Max чи CGI-візуалізаціях.
Основна робота ведеться в SketchUp — це наш основний робочий інструмент. Якщо ви володієте V-Ray для SketchUp, це буде величезним плюсом.
Що саме ми шукаємо:
Помічника-дизайнера, який зможе допомагати в підготовці презентацій для клієнтів.
Подача — на рівні концептуальних колажів у Photoshop.
Тобто — беремо базову модель в SketchUp (якщo володiяте складним рендером в sketchup це чудово), і створюємо стильну подачу з прикладами матеріалів, меблів, настрою.
Дуже важливе відчуття стилю, кольору, структури презентації.
Це довготривале співробітництво, не одноразове завдання, тому ми дуже хочемо переглянути портфоліо, щоб краще зрозуміти ваше бачення й підхід.
