We are looking for a translator for an online Psychology school

We are — PSY BRAIN SCHOOL, an online psychology school that collaborates with a state university and trains students from Ukraine and the diaspora.

Currently, we are looking for a person with a high level of English (B2–C1 and above) who can assist with:

🔹 Translation of academic texts (program names, modules, course descriptions)
🔹 Assistance in filling out an international accreditation questionnaire (EAHEA)
🔹 Translation of internal documentation for certificates (Ukrainian → English)
🔹 In the future — support in communication with foreign psychologists. Oral translation during lectures.

Priority! We are looking for an English translator with B2–C1+ who can help with filling out the accreditation questionnaire on the EAHEA website (European Association for Higher Education Advancement).

📌 What is important:

• Experience in translation within the educational or scientific field is a big plus

• Ability to adapt texts to international standards

• Understanding terminology in psychology, education, coaching — will be an advantage

• Work on a one-time but regular basis (2–3 requests per month)

💰 Payment: negotiable — either fixed per task or hourly
📆 Deadline for the first task: preferably within 5–7 days after start
📍 Format: remote, all communication online
