Hello everyone. We are looking for an effective PPC specialist for Google Ads in foreign markets, B2B segment.
About the project:
The company is a global manufacturer of cryo equipment - cryosaunas, cryocabins, cryofens. The cost of one unit of equipment starts from 15,000 euros.
Clients include sports teams, beauty centers, fitness centers, hotels, recreational complexes, etc.
This project is aimed at various countries and several language versions of ads, specifically EN, DE, FR, PL, we will assist with translations, and we will create the necessary advertising creatives. You will only need to set up the ads effectively.
The project was previously managed by 2 specialists over several months, who unfortunately did not cope with the work.
What we need from you:
- Effectively set up advertising campaigns, the ability to correctly select keywords for different languages and countries, and write advertising announcements, etc.
- Clearly spend budgets according to previously discussed proportions between different countries.
- Set up conversion advertising campaigns - filling out the feedback form.
- Preliminary assessment of our website and landing pages and confirmation that you are ready to start working (so that later you do not have questions about the website loading slowly, some script not working, etc. It is important that you evaluate all this before starting cooperation).
- Knowledge of English is not mandatory, but it will be a plus; we assist with translations of ads into other languages.
- Setting up Search, PM, Display, Youtube Shorts campaigns.
- Creating reports in Looker Studio and Excel every week.
- The ability to set up scripts in GTM; it may be necessary to reconfigure how conversion is triggered and calculated now. Currently, it is likely set up through a click on the form button, but it needs to trigger when the form is directly submitted, and conversion should not be counted when there is an error in filling out the form.
- It would be a plus if you can link website data and Google and set it up so that we can see from which advertising channel (paid search, organic, direct, Display, PM, Youtube) a specific conversion from a specific user comes. This will help us see which conversions from which countries were quality and which turned out to be just spam, as the client is currently not using such a tracking mechanism.
- Many campaigns have already been set up, so you probably won't have to do everything from scratch.
Collaboration deadlines - since there was a negative experience of working with incompetent specialists, we have a deadline until the end of the month. If during this time you prove yourself and deliver the desired result, we will continue to work together with the client for a long term.
