The essence of the task is to search public sources for contacts of individuals who already show signs of a specific legal problem and may potentially be interested in legal assistance.
We operate in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
We are interested not in mass databases of "everyone", but exclusively in relevant contacts of people where the text of the announcement, message, comment, or publication clearly indicates a legal issue.
Main areas of search:
pension issues, including pension registration, recalculation, confirmation of work experience, disputes with the Pension Fund, non-payments;
loans and debts, including microfinance organizations, banks, enforcement proceedings, account freezes;
military issues, including summons, mobilization, military medical commissions, deferments;
criminal and fraudulent situations;
civil and court disputes, including inheritance, real estate, family and property issues.
Sources for search:
OLX, Facebook groups, Telegram chats and channels, forums, question-and-answer websites, and other open sources where an individual has independently left a public request or description of the situation.
Requirements for the sample:
only Kyiv and the Kyiv region;
only current contacts and publications, preferably from the last 30–60 days;
mandatory presence of a contact for communication;
mandatory presence of a "signal of a problem" in the text;
preference is given to contacts where the need for legal assistance is clearly visible.
Result of the work:
Google Sheets or Excel table with the following fields:
name;
phone or other contact;
source with a link;
short description of the problem;
category of the request;
date of collection.
Test task:
100 relevant contacts.
In case of a quality result, we are ready for long-term cooperation with a volume of 1000 contacts or more.
Important:
quality is needed, not quantity. Priority is given to relevance, timeliness, and the actual presence of a legal need.
