Hello, I have had to do reconstruction of residential buildings, an example of the work - Google Drive specifically for this reconstruction the first drawing titled "building intent scheme" was not made, so I attached one from another project to understand how everything will look. The cost of work preliminarily starts from $10/m² of the area of all floors according to the drawing like the sample, the area of existing rooms is also taken into account because the existing part of the building is considered during design, the final price and deadline will be agreed upon after approval. The work will be carried out with partial prepayment – we will sign a contract, agree on project details, deadline, and price, you pay an advance, and we start work. Before paying the advance, a superficial discussion of the project is possible – you tell what you want, from what materials and what color, what size, list of rooms and other wishes, family composition, describe the desired type of internal networks – ventilation and heating, water supply, and sewage of the house. Clients receive consultations.
