Good day! Our company is engaged in the production and sale of products in the home decor niche and products for musicians and the construction sector on Amazon and other platforms and our own website. We are looking for a person who has experience in product sourcing for Amazon or other platforms using Helium and/or other tools.
The task is to find an interesting product, prove its potential profitability, propose unique features for Private Label (at least visual, ideally functional), and together reach a trial batch.
The market is Europe - all countries with shipping from Poland from our own warehouse. The USA is on hold due to tariffs.
Payment: I don't know, but I will be flexible and reasonable.
The thoughts were as follows: for the project with some prepayment and then gradual stage payments + some % from the first or first batches; or hourly with gradual payment + for the completed project or + % also from the first or first batches. Or your options, or if you are also unsure we can adjust in the process.
In general, we are looking for such an assistant for the team on a permanent basis. So even if the first project doesn't work out, but there are prospects and the person is great, we will try further.
From our side - we provide uninterrupted feedback, no bureaucracy and passing responsibility, everyone in the team is currently interested, we will help in filling any "gaps" in knowledge if they exist. Budgets for products can be quite large if the product is really interesting in terms of profitability, and trial batches can be at a loss if, for example, the trial batch is too small for a lower price, but it really potentially should be all okay.
The project amount is indicated conditionally.
We have a purchaser and a designer in our team.
That is, when the research is done, for example, we create a group in TG. We add the purchaser there. He communicates with the factories and obtains the price. If the price is okay, we purchase a test batch. If they provide the drawings, we add the designer to the group and provide him with the information so that he can draw for the order.
