The MVP is ready and I want to get an answer: Should I continue working on the product?
I am not looking for "consultations", I am looking for a partner. I am sharing the real numbers from my first "knee-jerk" tests:
💰 Budget: ~10,000 UAH (YouTube, Telegram seeding, attempts in Google Ads).
🔥 Traffic: 5,000 unique visitors.
🧊 Funnel: 140 active users ➔ 0 purchased Premium.
My conclusion: My marketing funnel is a sieve. People click on the ads, visit the site, some even actively test the AI, but they leave before it comes to payment. I need someone who can convert this traffic into paying customers.
P.S. The budget is very small, but for really good specialists who deliver real results - this is a chance to get a share of the company (for example, 20% of all sales is yours)

The problem is not with traffic — you have it (5,000 users and 140 active).
The problem is that users do not reach the point of value for which they are willing to pay.
Most likely:
- the free version is sufficient → there is no motivation to buy
- there is no clear Premium offer
… - there are no triggers (limitations / reasons to buy now)
- the product does not provide a "wow result" in the first minutes, because there are already popular general analogs + specialized ones: ChatGPT, Grok, and many others.
Because of this, people come in, test, and leave.
👉 What needs to be done:
clearly package the value of Premium
introduce limitations on free access
lead the user to a result (score / progress)
add payment triggers
push through advertising, retargeting
Add what is not available on competitors' websites. Let's be objective - chat assistants/AI consultants are already used by many, this is not a novelty. Moreover, paying for something that only provides chat, unlike those who also allow generating photos/videos, is not appealing.
After this, it makes sense to scale the advertising.
