Object: Single-axle platform 3000x1700 mm for the installation of mobile equipment.
Audit and Risks:
Red flag (Budget): Revising the rate to 18,000 UAH moves the project from the "spam/dumping" category to the engineering design working area.
Technical risk: With a weight of 750 kg and the absence of springs, it is critically important to select a torsion bar with a margin for dynamic load (considering road conditions). Using standard axles without calculating the center of mass of the equipment will lead to swaying (shimmy) at speeds above 60 km/h.
Fly (Anomaly): Reference photos show diesel generators/pump stations. This is a point load. The frame must have reinforced longitudinal beams specifically at the points of support for the unit's legs, not around the entire perimeter (weight saving while maintaining rigidity).
Technical Solution (Full Pack):
Layout development: Determining the optimal position of the axle to ensure the load on the tow ball is within 40–70 kg.
3D design: Developing a complete model in SolidWorks (frame, drawbar, brake mounting nodes, lighting).
Design Documentation:
Assembly drawing of the frame (welding).
Detailing (cutting profiles, bending sheets).
Assembly drawing of the installation of the braking system and brake lines.
Specification (BOM): List of purchased items and materials indicating GOST/DIN.
Implementation Schedule (fixed budget 18,000 UAH):
Stage 1 (2 days): Analyzing the client's equipment drawings, calculating weight distribution, selecting the model of the torsion bar and coupling device.
Stage 2 (5 days): Creating a 3D assembly, checking for collisions, generating drawings.
Stage 3 (1 day): Compiling the final specification and preparing the explanatory note.
Total: Complete set of design documentation ready for transfer to production (laser cutting, welding, assembly).
To finalize the deal, provide a dimensional drawing or 3D model of the equipment that will be mounted on the platform.
