Senior Technical SEO & Website Migration Consultant. Migration from Wix → Next.js / Payload CMS / Vercel We are a Lviv-based company in the field of real estate, immigration, and business consulting services. We primarily work with foreign clients from the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, Poland, Turkey, China, and other countries. Our current website operates on Wix, has limited but important SEO capital built up over several years, and ranks well for several search queries in the real estate sector in Lviv. Currently, Google indexes approximately 10 pages of the site. The new site is about 75% ready and built on the Next.js + Payload CMS + Vercel stack. Part of the site was developed using AI, so before launch, we need an independent technical audit, SEO readiness check, and safe migration from Wix. We are looking for an experienced Technical SEO & Website Migration Consultant who will conduct the audit, create a correction plan, oversee or partially implement the necessary changes, and assist with the launch of the new site. Regarding the current Wix site: Access to Google Search Console and GA4 (or GTM) is available. There is a list of URLs with 2-3 positions that look valuable from an SEO perspective. The new site has a control panel implemented with Payload CMS 3. Implementation is desired within 2 weeks. Additional questions are welcome, and we look forward to long-term cooperation. Main tasks: A. Audit of the new site on Vercel * Check technical SEO, indexing, and JavaScript rendering in Next.js. * Check sitemap.xml, robots.txt, canonical, metadata, structured data, status codes, and URL architecture. * Check Core Web Vitals, speed, image optimization, and mobile version. * Check SEO fields and templates in Payload CMS. * Check forms, applications, CTAs, contact links, navigation, and main conversion scenarios. * Check the architecture's readiness for future multilingual support. * Identify technical or functional errors related to partially AI-generated development. B. Preparation and execution of migration * Prepare a redirect map from Old URL → New URL * Create a prioritized list of corrections: Critical, High, Medium, Low. * Prepare a migration checklist and technical tasks for the developer. * Check the completed corrections. * Assist with the domain switch from Wix to Vercel. * Check DNS, SSL, redirects, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and analytics after launch. * Monitor indexing, technical errors, and organic metrics after migration. We expect that the specialist will not limit themselves to a general audit but will also help implement available changes or verify the implementation of tasks by our developer.
