There is a private house, it has been converted into rooms - a hotel.
This house has 3 separate entrances, 3 personal accounts. During registration, a small "chemistry" was made, indicating that this private house is divided into three separate apartments (2020). The average consumption is 2000-2500 kWh/month for each personal account.
In June 2025, representatives of DTEK arrived, drew up an act, stating that economic activity is being conducted at this site. They recorded a sign with the name in a photo, and also used Google, Booking, OLX to take screenshots. On each of the three acts, I wrote that there is no activity.
They scheduled a commission for August, I was present at the commission - I also did not admit that it is a business. I explained that I live in one apartment with my family, my father-in-law and mother-in-law in another, and the third apartment is not used systematically, sometimes guests stay there, but it’s like additional income.
On each decision form of the commission (about switching to a business tariff) - I wrote that I do not agree with the commission's decision, and that photos from social networks and the sign are not proof of conducting economic activity.
This decision of the commission needs to be appealed: write a "Complaint" against the commission's decision, so that this "Complaint" is forwarded to the dispute resolution commission.
