About the activities I work with several sales channels and suppliers: Prom.ua; Rozetka; dropshipping; own warehouse. It is necessary to analyze the activities of the online stores as a whole, determine the actual cost structure, and based on that, develop a correct markup system. Expected result As a result, I want to receive: a detailed financial analysis; conclusions and recommendations; calculation of the optimal markup; a ready model in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas; the ability to change input parameters (purchase price, desired profit level, commissions, expenses, etc.) and automatically receive a new recommended selling price.
