Парсинг в реале невозможен из-за ограничений gss api.
Вторая проблема связана с тем, что если решение будет размещено на стороне, т.е. всё же будет происходить импорт, тогда могут быть получены данные в процессе редактирования: написали "попа" случайно в цене, тоже самое будет и на сайте.
Правильное решение, как по мне, экспорт прямо из гугл-таблицы. -
Ну так я ведь так и хочу, брать данные прямо с гугл таблицы, а откуда ещё?)

Импорт и экспорт - не одно и тоже. Как и не одно и тоже скрипт, который работает на стороне Вашего сервиса и скрипт, который работает из-под таблицы.
