A separate SMM specialist is already handling the content for Instagram, so we need someone who will be responsible solely for launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). We are not looking for just "ad setup." We need a specialist who works systematically: formulates hypotheses and tests audiences, analyzes results, and scales successful connections. We expect regular analytics, reasoned decisions, and recommendations for improving advertising effectiveness.
