Task It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of my online stores' activities over the last 3 months and develop a universal pricing model that takes into account all costs and the desired profit level. About the activities I work with several sales channels and suppliers: Prom.ua; Rozetka; dropshipping; own warehouse. It is necessary to analyze the activities of the online stores as a whole, determine the actual cost structure, and based on that, develop a correct markup system. Expected result As a result, I want to receive: a detailed financial analysis; conclusions and recommendations; calculation of the optimal markup; a ready model in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas; the ability to change input parameters (purchase price, desired profit level, commissions, expenses, etc.) and automatically receive a new recommended selling price. Additionally After completing the analysis, an online consultation is required (30–60 minutes), during which the logic of the calculations needs to be explained, how to use the model shown, answer my questions, and provide recommendations for further use of this model.
