как бы там ни было, если создавать модели не требуется, то не понимаю зачем вы поместили это в категорию "создание 3д-моделей", и присвоили такие теги.

Очень непонятное задание, но я так понимаю плюс минус, вам необходимо создать комнаты для встреч. С объектами из списка который вы предоставили для скачивания? Вам в Unity или в 3DMAX создать?
