Без використання js? Це прям обов'язково? Тому що без js ваш сайт буде дубовий. Використання js - це абсолютно необхідно для сучасного сайту.

взагалі помилився й мова йшла про jquery, а зараз подумав, що насправді там немає моментів, де потрібен js, бугрер можно без нього зробити, всі елементи статичні... хіба що lazy loading, та в цілому для нього можна атрибут використовувати, а сафарі вже якось переживе😅
