About the project
I am developing a SaaS-CRM for foreign language schools — a daily working tool for small school owners: students, groups, schedules, classes, sales, finances, analytics, payments, teachers, settings. The product is already operational and has users. I built the interface myself, so now I want a professional designer to bring it to a clean, understandable, and user-friendly appearance.
Main task
Not to "redesign beautifully," but to make the interface cleaner, more logical, and more convenient for daily work: remove visual noise, correctly place accents, think through the placement of buttons and actions, modal windows, component states, and the overall logic of the screens.
What already exists (no need to start from scratch)
- a working system + demo access to the school — everything can be viewed live;
- the current interface as a starting point;
- the corporate color palette Berry & Honey;
- a basic design system and component library — can be used as a foundation and refined;
- ready user flows: all scenarios, user actions, states, and modal windows are already described in a separate document. The product logic does not need to be reconstructed — we work with the existing flows.
Scope of work
1. The main part — web CRM for the role of "School Owner" (desktop/laptop): dashboard, schedule, students, teachers, groups, classes, finances, invoicing, analytics, school settings, roles and access, templates, invitations, and other menu sections — along with the corresponding modal windows.
- This is not "180 screens from scratch": thanks to reusable templates (table-list, form-modal, profile with tabs, dashboard widgets, etc.), the entire CRM boils down to approximately ~30 key templates and components that are repeated across all sections.
2. A small mobile part only for students — a few basic screens: schedule, courses/homework, progress, vocabulary trainer, rewards, payments/balance, notifications. The scope is significantly smaller.
What is NOT included
- not the entire product — only the "Owner" role;
- in mobile — only for students, a few screens (not an application for all roles);
Requirements for the result
- Audience — owners of small language schools (mostly women aged 20–35). CRM for them is a daily tool, so the main things are: simplicity, clarity, neatness, convenience.
- Interface language — Ukrainian, market — Ukraine.
- Web — for laptop/desktop (adaptive for mobile is not needed right now).
- Format — Figma, built on top of the existing library; well-thought-out component states (empty/loading/error/no rights), not just the "happy path."
Who I am looking for
A designer with experience in web applications/dashboards/SaaS (not landing pages), who thinks UX, not just visually, and can work with the existing design system.
Budget: $500. This is the fixed project budget, I cannot offer more — so I am counting on a designer who is interested in creating a strong case in their portfolio on a real working product.
