Необходимо создать телеграмм-бота, который будет:
1. приветствовать пользователей
2. Давать и доступ к вип-каналу на 3 дня
3. за день до окончания бесплатного доступа предлагать купить платный доступ
4. продлевать доступ к вип-каналу или удалять оттуда человека (если это возможно. если нет, присылать уведомление админу, что этого пользователя нужно исключить или продлить ему доступ)
5. Возможность отправлять определенным пользователям специальные предложения
