2 кадр - показана планета Земля, приближение, кнопки «ССС» (кнопки предоставим) покрывают Киев (показать карту Киева) и мигают приближаемся быстро к кнопкам на весь экран)

Озвучка «гнусавым» голосом и музыка сопровождающая,как из начало фильма "Звёздные войны"
Текст ролика:
В 2004 году иноземные отряды контакт центров захватили территорию Украины. Людей стали превращать в операторов колл-центров за которыми следят супервайзеры. Когда людей стало не хватать, им пришли на помощь роботы IVR. Самым мощным оружием стал CRM и его модификации. В противовес, повстанцы стали создавать украинские колл-центры и разрабатывать свой CRM, так же они получили доступ к системам связи Plantronics. Силы сровнялись. Так началась война Колл-центров за клиента.
Будущее уже здесь. Киев. 1 марта 2012 года. Решающая битва. VIII Форум-Выставка «Call Centers&CRM Euro 2012 Kyiv».
