It is necessary to create the visual part of the marketing campaign for an event called — Open Air Silent Cinema
Important requirements: the performer must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop, as some visuals will need to be in vector format for printing. Additionally, the person should be very creative to come up with a cool visualization for the event (it may be necessary to draw something by hand).
A bit of context regarding the event, so you understand what elements can be added to the visuals and what to emphasize.
The format of the event is an open-air summer cinema under the stars with wireless headphones connected to the main screen. Before the film, there will be live music — a saxophonist, and food and drinks such as pizza and cocktails will also be available.
Another important detail to focus on is the wheel of fortune.
From this brief description, several ideas for the visual can be drawn to visually tell people what the event will be about and what will be there. Icon ideas: saxophone, pizza, cocktail, wheel of fortune, and of course, a big screen and popcorn.
Style and atmosphere
The design should convey the atmosphere of a summer festival and family leisure outdoors. The main focus should be on bright and contrasting colors, friendly illustrations, elements of pop art or retro posters. The visual should be energetic yet clear and readable at first glance to attract attention on social media and in the street in the form of flyers and banners.
I want the person who sees the poster to feel summer, music, fun, the smell of popcorn, and the desire to spend the evening at the event.
Below, I have attached a few examples in terms of style and visual design.
What will be provided:
All key texts in English: date, location, event name, beautiful selling phrases, and clarifications.
QR code for linking to the website on some visuals.
Examples of visual style (references).
What is required from the designer:
Develop a unique visual style and then adapt it to different formats.
During the design creation, about 20% of the text work will remain with the designer in the form of call-to-action phrases, short slogans, etc. (to be agreed upon before submission).
Required formats:
Square image with the main information about the event for distribution in social groups and public pages (2 variations — with QR code and without).
Vector graphics — 3 different visuals for flyers for food establishments, for posters on bulletin boards, and for a banner on a fence (sizes will be provided). There must be a QR code and the main information about the event everywhere (most of it will be provided).
Visual for Facebook & Instagram advertising campaign — 2 formats: square (the visual from social media can be minimally adapted) and stories.
Small visual with the main information for the landing page (previous visuals can be minimally adapted).
File formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF (print versions for category 2).
Small clarifications:
It will also be necessary for you to send a unique style separately, without text, so that in the future I can edit the text a bit myself if there are changes regarding the logistics of the event, etc.
Deadlines:
The sooner, the better (you can receive a small bonus for this), but the final deadline is Friday morning!
Communication and selection:
All communications will take place through my Telegram — @ Danya Golosyuk/without spaces. But first, I will ask you to fill out a small Google form where you will need to answer a couple of questions and upload some of your best works. You will receive a response from me shortly. Without filling out this form, further cooperation is unfortunately impossible. Link to the Google form:

Regarding payment — I would like to send you money directly to your card after you send the finished work in poor quality (for example, a photo of the monitor from your phone). I will make the payment, and after that, you will send everything in good quality.
Alternatively, we can conduct the transaction through the Freelancehunt platform for your peace of mind, but there will be a small commission that we will split in half.
More information and answers to your questions will be provided a little later after successfully filling out the form!
A bit from myself:
I need a person who understands style well, pays attention to details, and strives to do everything perfectly. A person who will not be passive, will ask for advice regarding different options, and will show initiative in terms of design solutions, etc. Knowledge of English will simplify the work a bit, but if not, it can be managed with ChatGPT.
Thank you very much for your time!
