Creating 3D Video Presentation

Looking for a 3D visualizer to create interior visualizations for a townhouse with an area of 72 m². The visualizations need to be made according to the already prepared planning solutions, technical drawings, and references. The main task is to qualitatively convey the future interior, atmosphere, materials, colors, furniture, and lighting in accordance with the approved concept. What will be provided for work: planning solutions; technical drawings; style references, furniture, materials, and atmosphere; client wishes. Expected result: photorealistic interior visualizations; careful work with details, materials, and lighting; compliance with the provided drawings and references; ability to make adjustments within the agreed scope. Deadline - up to 10 days. Experience with residential interiors, particularly apartments, houses, or townhouses, is preferred. Please send examples of similar work in your response.

A 3D character model is needed based on the reference for a game in Unity. Ideally with a cool rig. I don't know how to make it so that it looks angular without rendering. I'm open to any suggestions or ideas.

A person is needed who can work with 3D animation. Task: recreate a 3D image on a face of a similar nature and then overlay this on "Before" and "After," as a result of transformation after the procedure. Important: to do it manually (NOT AI), own idea and interpretation.

1. General GoalCreate a dynamic interface element based on the provided template, consisting of three angles of a cup (Front cup, Back view, Side view). When clicking on any print option, the image must change simultaneously and synchronously on all three cups considering the angle, volume, light, and shadows for each position. 2. Output File Requirements (For Designer / PSD Template)The basic layout must be prepared in PSD format. To automate and facilitate print replacements, the structure should be based on linked smart objects (Linked / Duplicated Smart Objects).Main requirement for PSD architecture: The layout must have one master smart object with the print layout. The designer duplicates it for three angles, but applies individual transformations to each duplicate: For the front cup: Print deformation at the center (Transform -> Warp or Cylinder). For the back view: Texture shift (showing the reverse side of the layout) + cylinder deformation. For the side view (near the handle): Texture shift to the edge + stronger perspective compression closer to the handle.Layer structure for each of the 3 angles: Group "Shadows & Highlights" (Top layer of the angle): Individual for each angle. Highlights: Layer with glossy reflections. Mode: Screen or Linear Dodge. Shadows: Layer with a gradient that defines the cylindrical volume. Mode: Multiply. Layer "YOUR PRINT" (Duplicated Smart Object): Has individual deformation and shift settings for the specific angle. Layer "Cup Base" (Base of the cup): Body, handle, and inner part at their angle.
