Нужно создать файл: 2 вкладки
Первая "Выгрузка каталог" в которую можно вносить свои данные
Вторая "Преобразований каталог для выгрузки в XML (он должен быть защищен от редактирования)
Идея такая: заполняем каталог своими товарами - получаем на выходе XML.
