Создать 3-Д модель квартиры (по плану застройщика) в Planner 5D
Что нужно сделать:
Нужно перенести бумажный план квартиры в приложение Planner 5D с соблюдением всех размеров и пропорций. Дизайн квартиры не нужен. Только перенос несущих конструкций, стен, дверей, окон и тд.
Зачем:
Двухуровневая квартира ~100 метров находится в процессе строительства. Возможностей снять точные замеры для идеального дизайн плана подрядчикам нету, однако для представления того как квартира будет выглядеть в правильных пропорциях и правильно планировать финансирование на будущий ремонт - необходимо сделать 3D модель в приложении Planner 5D, чтобы я мог импортировать проект в приложение на смартфоне и компьютере, и наглядно понимать как станет существующая/новая мебель при последующем ремонте.
ТЗ:
Прилагается pdf документ с существующим планом будущей квартиры от застройщика, а также техническая характеристика дома (высота потолков, толщина всех стен и тд)
Условия успешного выполнения:
Импортированный проект в Planner 5D в котором общая площадь квартиры, площадь этажей, размеры стен и площади всех отдельных помещений совпадают с существующими в документе (включая лестницу, стояки, вентиляцию и тд).
3д прогулка в приложении, и возможность мне самому добавлять мебель в точной копии квартиры= выполненный проект 🙂
