Если у вас интернет-магазин на какой либо CMS (похоже, у Вас стоит Bitrix 1C), то можно написать PHP-скрипт, который при запуске обращается к базе данных сайта, берёт всю информацию о товарах и формирует XML для Google.Merchant.
